Developed by 12th Avenue Iron, the “folded diamond” design of the ironwork for this project on Pine Lake became a central motif throughout the home, including the stained glass in the skylight above the Main Staircase (shown in image #4). In addition to the guardrail system for the 3-story interior stairs, the project includes exterior deck railings, custom hardware for overhead trusses & beams, and a pair of hinged door grilles at the Main Entry. The exterior metalwork is fabricated in stainless steel, with a blackened finish.
