Extensive scope of custom metalwork for waterfront home, with all elements designed and engineered by 12th Avenue Iron. Three- story staircase, landings, floor panels, and guardrail system, fabricated in blackened steel, stainless steel, and walnut. Two steel fireplace mantels, 120" long x 12" deep each. Coffee table in steel and Macassar ebony, two side tables in steel and mahogany, six blackened stainless-framed mirrors, along with other interior furniture & fixtures.

All exterior metalwork for the project is built in stainless steel, with a blackened finish. Elements include the guardrail system for two exterior decks and Juliet balcony, three patio fire features, two 3-stack chimney caps, blackened stainless I-beams and trim for four arbor trellises and boat moorage, and eight stainless & glass light fixtures mounted on stone columns.
